VibeFox Vindi for Adobe Commerce

Overview

VibeFox Vindi Gateway adds Vindi payments to Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce for stores in Brazil that sell in Brazilian Real (BRL). Customers pay by credit card on the Vindi bill page, or by boleto, PIX or BolePix (boleto + PIX). After Place Order, Magento places the order in Pending Payment and the module creates a Vindi bill for the order total. Card data never touches your site. For boleto and PIX the customer gets a page with the boleto link, the PIX QR code and the PIX copy and paste code. The order is invoiced only after Vindi confirms the payment, and the order e-mail is sent only then.

It suits Brazilian stores that already have a Vindi account and want one-off payments without building a card form. The module takes single payments in one installment only. It has no subscriptions or recurring billing, no saved cards, no installments (parcelamento), no card form on your site and no payments for orders created in the Admin, and it cannot refund boleto payments.

Key features

Four payment methods: credit card, boleto, PIX and BolePix. You choose which ones are offered at checkout.

CPF / CNPJ field: asked at checkout when boleto or PIX is offered and checked by its check digits. It is prefilled from the VAT number of the billing address.

Paid only when Vindi confirms: the invoice is created only after the module has read the bill back from the Vindi API and checked the currency, the bill code, the Vindi customer and the exact amount. A mismatch puts the order On Hold with a note and without an invoice.

Protected webhook: the webhook URL contains a secret token, and every notification only triggers a fresh check through the Vindi API.

No double payments: a new attempt reuses the pending Vindi bill or cancels it first. When a waiting order is cancelled in Magento, its pending Vindi bill is cancelled too.

Live and sandbox: separate API keys. Each payment remembers where its bill was created, so checks and refunds always use that environment.

Online refunds with Credit Memo: full and partial refunds of card and PIX payments through the standard Magento Credit Memo of the invoice with Refund, up to the amount Vindi charged. Refunds made in the Vindi dashboard are noted on the order.

Standard Magento settings: all settings are on the standard Payment Methods configuration page, with encrypted API keys, the webhook URL shown on the page, countries and minimum and maximum order totals, and an optional log without keys or customer data.

Requirements

Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce 2.4.6 to 2.4.9 (your own server or Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure; not Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service), PHP 8.1 to 8.4, orders in Brazilian Real (BRL). A Vindi account with an API key (and a Vindi sandbox account for testing). A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
