VibeFox Flow for Adobe Commerce

Overview

VibeFox Flow Gateway adds Flow.cl payments for Chile to Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. The customer chooses Flow at the payment step and clicks Place Order. Magento places the order in Pending Payment, and the customer goes to the Flow payment page, pays with any method enabled in your Flow account (Webpay, credit or debit cards, bank transfers, Servipag, Multicaja and others) and comes back to your store. The order is invoiced only after Flow confirms the payment, and the order e-mail is sent only then.

It suits stores that sell in Chilean pesos (CLP) or US dollars (USD) and have a Flow account. The module takes one-time payments only. It has no saved cards, subscriptions, recurring charges or payment links, does not preselect a single Flow payment method (the customer chooses on the Flow page), does not import refunds created in the Flow dashboard and does not take payments for orders created in the Admin.

Key features

Flow payment page: a payment is created for the order total in the order currency, in whole pesos for CLP and with two decimals for USD. Nothing has to be set up in the Flow account: the confirmation, return and refund addresses are sent with every request.

Paid only when Flow confirms: every confirmation, customer return and scheduled check asks Flow for the payment status with a signed request, and the amount and currency are compared with the order. A mismatch puts the order On Hold without an invoice.

No double processing: repeated confirmations and returns never invoice an order twice. Before a new attempt the previous Flow payments of the same cart are checked, and a second payment for a paid cart is flagged for a refund.

Cash coupons: when the customer generates a Servipag or Multicaja coupon, the order waits in Pending Payment until Flow confirms the payment.

Refunds with Credit Memo: full and partial refunds through the standard Magento Credit Memo of the invoice. A refund that Flow completes later creates its credit memo automatically once Flow approves it.

Sandbox and live: separate keys for each mode. Confirmations and refunds always use the mode the payment was made in.

Flow payment history: the order page lists every Flow payment attempt and refund with its status, and offers a refund form for payments that need manual review.

Standard Magento settings: all settings are on the standard Payment Methods configuration page, with encrypted keys, the Flow addresses shown on the page, countries and minimum and maximum order totals, and an optional log without keys or customer data.

Requirements

Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce 2.4.6 to 2.4.9 (your own server or Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure; not Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service), PHP 8.1 to 8.4. A Flow account with API Key and Secret Key (and a separate sandbox account for testing). Order currency CLP or USD. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
