VibeFox SF Express for Adobe Commerce

Overview

VibeFox SF Express adds an SF Express shipping method to Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. Customers in mainland China can see a live SF Express price for their province and city. Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and international destinations use your price table by country and weight, with a fallback cost.

It suits stores that ship from mainland China with an SF Express monthly account, and stores that want a simple SF Express method with their own prices. The module calculates shipping prices at checkout. It does not create waybills or labels, create orders in SF Express, book pickups, cancel or track shipments, or let customers choose an SF service point or locker.

Key features

Live prices for mainland China (optional): prices from the SF Express FengQiao open platform for your sender city, the customer's province and city, and the cart weight. Sandbox and production environments.

Choice of product: the cheapest product SF Express offers, SF Express Priority or SF Standard Express.

Standard Magento provinces: the module reads the provinces of China from the standard Magento list of regions, so the customer's province comes from the usual State/Province field. The module does not change your regions or address forms.

Currency conversion: SF Express prices are in CNY. With a conversion rate they are converted to your base currency, and Magento shows them in the customer's currency. Without it, live prices are not used and a warning tells you after saving.

Price table: a base price per country, a row for all other countries, and optional prices for five weight tiers. A fallback cost covers countries without a price.

Per order or per item: table and fallback prices for the whole order or for every item by its own weight. Live prices are always for the whole order.

Fast checkout: prices are cached for an hour and failed requests for 10 minutes. Errors never reach the customer.

Standard Magento settings: one group on the Delivery Methods page with sections, settings per website, an encrypted checkword, free shipping from a subtotal, minimum subtotal, weight limits, Ship to Specific Countries and a debug log you can read and clear on the page. Tax is added by Magento when your store taxes shipping.

Requirements

Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce 2.4.6 to 2.4.9 (not Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service), PHP 8.1 to 8.4. Live prices need an SF Express monthly account and FengQiao API access (customer code and checkword). The price table works without an account. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
