VibeFox Kushki for Adobe Commerce

Overview

VibeFox Kushki Payment adds card payments with Kushki to Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce for stores in Ecuador and Colombia. At the payment step the customer enters the card in the Kushki hosted card form, which is shown inside your checkout page but served by Kushki. The form returns a one-time token. After Place Order, Magento places the order in Pending Payment, and your store charges the token on the server through the Kushki API. Card numbers never reach your site. The order is invoiced only after Kushki approves the charge, and the order e-mail is sent only then.

It suits stores that charge in USD or COP and want a card form on their own checkout page without handling card data. The module takes one-step card payments only. It has no partial refunds, saved cards, subscriptions, cash or bank transfer (PSE) payments, debit-card redirect payments, separate authorize and capture, or payments for orders created in the Admin.

Key features

Kushki hosted card form: the card form of Kushki on the payment step of the standard Magento checkout. Installments (diferido) chosen in the form are passed to the charge.

Paid only when Kushki confirms: the invoice is created only after Kushki approves the charge with a ticket number and the approved amount and currency match the order. A mismatch puts the order On Hold with a note and without an invoice.

Tax as IVA: the amount and currency always come from the saved order. The order tax is reported to Kushki as IVA, untaxed lines separately.

Signed webhooks: optional webhooks confirm an order whose API response was lost and add notes for voids and refunds made in the Kushki Console. Notifications without a valid signature are rejected.

No double charges: a per-cart lock, one-time tokens and a record of every charge attempt stop double charges on a double click, a page refresh or a second tab. Repeated webhooks never invoice an order twice. A declined card cancels the waiting order and gives the cart back.

Test and live modes: separate Merchant IDs and webhook signatures for each mode. A test notification never confirms a live payment, and refunds always go to the mode the payment was made in.

Full online refunds with Credit Memo: a full Credit Memo of the invoice with Refund refunds the whole Kushki charge. A confirmed charge without an invoice (for example after a mismatch) can be refunded in full from the order page.

Standard Magento settings: all settings are on the standard Payment Methods configuration page, with encrypted Merchant IDs and signatures, the webhook URL shown on the page, countries and minimum and maximum order totals, and an optional log without Merchant IDs, card tokens or customer e-mails.

Requirements

Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce 2.4.6 to 2.4.9 (your own server or Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure; not Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service), PHP 8.1 to 8.4. A cart currency of USD or COP. A Kushki account with test and live Public and Private Merchant IDs, and HTTPS for live payments. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
