VibeFox Autopay for Adobe Commerce

Overview

VibeFox Autopay Payment adds online payments through Autopay (formerly Blue Media), the Polish payment institution, to Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. The customer chooses Autopay at the payment step and clicks Place Order. Magento places the order in Pending Payment, and the customer is sent to the Autopay payment page and pays there by bank transfer (Pay-by-link), BLIK, card or another method enabled for your Autopay service. Card data never touches your site. The order is invoiced only after Autopay confirms the payment with a signed notification, and the order e-mail is sent only then.

It suits stores in Poland and other markets served by Autopay. The module has no online refunds from Magento (refund in the Autopay portal, then record it with Refund Offline), no subscriptions or recurring payments, no saved cards, no BLIK code or card form on the checkout page, no choice of bank or payment channel on the checkout page and no payments for orders created in the Admin.

Key features

Autopay payment page: the customer is sent to Autopay with a signed (SHA-256) payment form for the order total in the order currency.

Paid only when Autopay confirms: only a correctly signed ITN (Instant Transaction Notification) creates the invoice, with the Autopay transaction ID as the transaction ID. The customer's return to the store is signed too, but it never marks an order as paid.

Amount and currency check: the amount and currency in the ITN are compared with the order. A mismatch puts the order On Hold with a note and without an invoice.

No double processing: repeated or simultaneous notifications never invoice an order twice. A paid order is never changed by a late failure notification, and a possible double payment or a payment for a cancelled order is flagged in the order notes.

Failed and abandoned payments: a failed payment cancels the waiting order (the stock goes back). A customer who returns to the store in the same browser gets the cart back and can pay again or choose another payment method.

Test and production: separate Service ID and Shared key for the Autopay test environment and for production. Payments started before a switch are still verified with the right key.

Currencies: PLN, EUR, GBP, USD and CZK. Choose the ones your Autopay service accepts; the payment method is hidden for other currencies.

Standard Magento settings: all settings are on the standard Payment Methods configuration page, with encrypted Shared keys, the ITN and return URLs for the Autopay portal shown on the page, countries and minimum and maximum order totals, and an optional log without keys or customer e-mails. The admin order page shows the Autopay transaction, service, environment and the last notification.

Requirements

Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce 2.4.6 to 2.4.9 (your own server or Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure; not Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service), PHP 8.1 to 8.4. An Autopay service with a Service ID and Shared key, with the SHA-256 hash function and the ITN URL of your store set in the Autopay portal. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
