VibeFox Tpay for Adobe Commerce

Overview

VibeFox Tpay Payment adds Tpay payments to Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce for stores in Poland. It connects to the Tpay Open API. The customer chooses Tpay at the payment step and clicks Place Order. Magento places the order in Pending Payment, and the customer goes to the secure Tpay payment page, where BLIK, online bank transfers, cards and the other methods enabled on your Tpay account are offered. The order is invoiced only after Tpay confirms the payment, and the order e-mail is sent only then.

It suits Polish stores that sell in złoty and want one payment method for BLIK, bank transfers and cards. The module works in PLN only. The customer chooses the bank or enters the BLIK code on the Tpay page, not in your store. It has no saved cards, subscriptions, Apple Pay or Google Pay buttons in the store, no installment calculators and no payments for orders created in the Admin.

Key features

Tpay payment page: BLIK, online bank transfers, cards and other Tpay methods on the secure Tpay page, in Polish, English or Ukrainian.

Paid only when Tpay confirms: the order is invoiced after a Tpay notification that passes the Merchant ID, the MD5 checksum with your security code and the JWS signature check, or after a server-side status check when the customer returns. The amount must match the payment attempt and the order; anything else puts the order On Hold with a note and without an invoice.

Nothing to set up in the Tpay panel: the notification URL is sent with every payment, for the store view where the order was placed.

Pay again safely: each payment attempt has its own reference. A new attempt cancels the earlier unpaid Tpay transactions of the order, and a payment through an earlier link is still matched to the order. Cancelling the order in Magento cancels its unpaid Tpay transactions too.

No double processing: repeated or simultaneous notifications never invoice an order twice. A second payment for a paid order and a payment for a cancelled order are only noted for review.

Online refunds with Credit Memo: full and partial refunds through the standard Magento Credit Memo of the invoice with Refund, always in the environment (sandbox or production) where the order was paid, up to the amount Tpay took. Held payments can be refunded from the order page. An unconfirmed refund is never sent again blindly.

Sandbox and production: separate keys for each environment, sandbox by default; sandbox mode switches both the keys and the API host.

Standard Magento settings: all settings are on the standard Payment Methods configuration page, with encrypted secrets, the notification URL shown on the page, countries and minimum and maximum order totals, the Tpay payment and refund history on the order page, and an optional log without keys or personal data.

Requirements

Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce 2.4.6 to 2.4.9 (your own server or Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure; not Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service), PHP 8.1 to 8.4 with the OpenSSL extension (for the JWS signature check). Order currency PLN. A Tpay merchant account with the Merchant ID, the Open API Client ID and Client secret and the notification security code; a separate sandbox account for testing. Your store must be reachable from the internet to receive payment notifications. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
