VibeFox Mondial Relay for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox Mondial Relay adds delivery to Mondial Relay (InPost) Points Relais to WooCommerce as a regular shipping method. Before placing the order, the customer chooses a Point Relais (pickup point or locker) on the official Mondial Relay map or in a list of the nearest points. The point is saved to the order and shown to the shop and to the customer.

It suits shops that ship to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands with a Mondial Relay business account. Mondial Relay has no public rate API, so prices come from your own table by country and weight. The plugin does not create shipments, print labels or track parcels, and it does not offer home delivery.

Key features

Official Mondial Relay map: the Mondial Relay Parcel Shop Picker widget, which needs only your brand code (Enseigne). The widget and its map library are loaded only when the customer opens the map.

List of nearest points: a drop-down of the nearest points for the delivery postcode, loaded by your server from the Mondial Relay Web Service with your Private Key. Lists are cached for 12 hours. If the Web Service fails, the map is offered instead.

Point required and checked: the order is refused without a point or with a point in another country than the delivery address. Works in the classic checkout and in the Cart and Checkout blocks.

Point in the order: the Point Relais number, country, name and address are shown on the admin order screen, on the thank-you page, in My account and in the order e-mails (HTML and plain text).

Your own prices: a table per destination country (or * for all others) with a base price and optional prices by weight from XS up to 1 kg to XL over 5 kg. Per order or per item, fallback cost, decimals with a dot or a comma.

Shipping rules: free shipping from a subtotal, minimum subtotal, minimum and maximum weight (Mondial Relay: 30 kg), excluded shipping classes, tax status.

Flexible availability: works with WooCommerce shipping zones (a zone can have its own title) or without them, using a list of countries.

Modern WooCommerce: HPOS compatible, connection test of the brand code and Private Key on save, logs in WooCommerce without keys or customer data. English and French included.

Requirements

WordPress 5.8 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. A Mondial Relay business account with a brand code (Enseigne). The list of nearest points also needs the Private Key. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
