VibeFox DPD Pickup for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox DPD Pickup adds delivery to DPD Pickup points and parcel lockers as a WooCommerce shipping method. The customer chooses a city and then a pickup point at checkout, and the point is saved in the order.

It suits shops in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Slovakia that ship with DPD. Pickup points come from the DPD Baltic web service or the public DPD Slovakia parcelshop search. Shipping prices are fixed prices you enter. The plugin does not request DPD prices, create shipments, print labels or track parcels.

Key features

Pickup point selector: city first, then the pickup point, with the city of the customer's address pre-selected. A pickup point is required to place the order.

DPD Baltic and DPD Slovakia: one DPD Baltic account lists the pickup points of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. DPD Slovakia needs no credentials and lists the points within 50 km of the customer's city and postcode.

Safe validation: the server checks that the chosen point belongs to the customer's address, and the name saved in the order comes from DPD.

Never stuck at checkout: the method is hidden when DPD returns no pickup point or cannot be reached. Lists are cached for 24 hours, failed requests for 5 minutes.

Point in the order: shown on the order screen (editable), on the thank-you page, in My account and in order e-mails.

Simple prices: a fixed price per country and an optional fallback price, per order or per item, free shipping from a subtotal, tax status.

Shipping rules: minimum and maximum cart weight (31.5 kg by default), minimum subtotal, excluded shipping classes, shipping zones or a country list.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Cart and Checkout blocks, HPOS. Estonian, Russian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Slovak translations.

Requirements

WordPress 5.8 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. For Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia: DPD Baltic API username and password, issued by DPD to business customers. DPD Slovakia needs no credentials. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
