VibeFox VSA MT5
30,00 €
VibeFox VSA is a real-time Volume Spread Analysis indicator for MetaTrader 5, built on the classic Tom Williams method. For every closed bar it weighs the spread (the bar range) against its volume and the position of the close, then marks the moment a recognizable smart-money setup appears right on the price chart. All controls are gathered into one modern interactive panel, so instead of reading raw volume bars you see the meaningful events — and the entry point — the instant they form.

How the indicator works
Volume Spread Analysis studies the relationship between three things on each candle: the spread (High minus Low), the volume, and the close position — where the close sits inside the bar, calculated as (Close − Low) / spread. A high close position means buyers won the bar; a low one means sellers did.
For every closed bar the indicator compares its spread and volume to rolling averages over the last Average bars. From that it classifies the spread as wide or narrow and the volume as low, high or very high. Volume is always tick volume — there is no Tick/Real switch to worry about. When a bar’s combination of spread, volume and close position matches one of the classic VSA setups, a marker is placed directly on the price chart.
The markers are drawn on the price chart as objects, while the indicator itself lives in its own subwindow, where the control panel sits. The Bars setting limits how much history is processed — set it to 0 to scan all available bars, or use a smaller value for faster redraws on heavy charts.
The VSA setups (entry signals)
VibeFox VSA detects five classic Tom Williams events. Each bar produces at most one signal, with the strongest, rarest events taking priority. Bullish setups place a BUY marker; bearish setups place a SELL marker.
Bullish — No Supply
A down bar with a narrow spread, low volume and a close in the lower half. The lack of selling effort after a decline shows there is no supply left to push price down — a sign of underlying strength and a BUY signal.
Bullish — Stopping Volume
A down bar with a wide spread and very high volume that closes well off its lows. Such a huge effort that fails to keep price down means buyers are absorbing the selling — a potential bottom and a BUY signal.
Bearish — No Demand
An up bar with a narrow spread, low volume and a close in the upper half. A rally on no real buying effort shows there is no demand behind the move — a sign of weakness and a SELL signal.
Bearish — Climax
An up bar with a wide spread and very high volume that closes well off its highs. A blow-off effort that cannot hold the highs means professionals are selling into strength — a potential top and a SELL signal.
Bearish — Upthrust
A wide-spread bar on high volume that makes a new high and then closes near its low. This false breakout traps buyers before price reverses — a classic SELL signal.
Working with the panel
Buy and sell markers are colored separately with the Buy and Sell color pickers, so direction is read instantly. The Marker selector switches the glyph between a plain cross (+), filled triangles, or arrows with a tail, while the Size control scales the marker in pixels (6 to 40). Both colors support a transparency setting (0-100%) in the color picker popup so they blend softly into the chart.
The whole interface is a smooth canvas-based panel built for fast mouse control. The Average and Bars parameters sit in the top row; the signal block is set apart with its own gold ENTRY heading, holding the Bull and Bear toggles, the marker controls and the colors. The panel header holds the control icons.
Power — turns the drawing of entry markers on and off without removing the indicator from the chart.
Settings (gear) — opens and closes the settings section.
Updown (arrows) — moves the panel between its subwindow and the main chart.
Close (cross) — closes the indicator.
Resizable — drag the bottom-right corner to scale the panel.
Collapsible — a double click on the header collapses the panel into a compact strip.
Mouse wheel — hover over any numeric field and scroll the wheel to change the value without opening the keyboard.
Settings and personalization
The Settings button opens a section where the panel is fitted to your workspace: a light, dark or automatic Theme, an adjustable panel width, header size, row height and font size. Extra touches let you hide the bottom bar via Hide Footer, shrink the header when collapsed with Mini Header, and automatically collapse the panel on a click outside it. Almost every parameter changes live right on the panel — the input fields on the Inputs tab only set the starting values. You can also run several independent copies on one chart by giving each a unique Instance, to compare different averaging periods side by side.
Entry notifications
You do not need to sit and guard the chart waiting for a setup. Each entry can be sent through several notification channels that are enabled independently right on the panel.
Alert — a pop-up message inside the terminal.
Push — a mobile notification to the MetaTrader app on your phone.
Email — a letter sent through the terminal’s mail settings.
Telegram — the alert text together with a chart screenshot, sent straight to your Telegram chat.
Enable only the channels you need, and you will be notified the moment a new VSA setup appears on the symbol and timeframe you are working with.
Visual history (HTML report)
Enable the Html channel, and every entry signal is saved to an HTML report together with a screenshot of the chart at the moment it fired. The report is stored in the terminal’s Files folder, in the VibeFox_VSA directory (MQL5/Files/VibeFox_VSA/result.html), and opens in any browser — you get a visual log of all the setups the indicator found. A one-click trash button clears the report and its screenshots whenever you want to start over.
Telegram Alerts
Signals can also be delivered straight to your Telegram chat — the alert text together with a screenshot of the chart at the moment of detection. Turn on the Telegram channel and enter your bot token and chat id in the inputs.
Delivery rides on the HTML report: each new signal is written into the report, and the report — opened in a browser — forwards it to your Telegram chat on its own. For this reason, enabling Telegram automatically keeps the Html report on, and the two channels work together.
Built-in multilingual help
A full help page is built into the panel, available in multiple languages, so every control is explained right where you use it.
