Overview
VibeFox Delhivery adds a Delhivery shipping method to Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. For Indian addresses customers see a live Delhivery rate for their pincode and cart weight. When no live rate is available, your own fixed prices are used.
It suits stores that ship within India with Delhivery. The module calculates shipping rates at checkout, and the customer gets a Delhivery tracking link once you enter the AWB as the tracking number of the order's shipment. It does not create shipments or waybills, print labels, request pickups or sync tracking statuses.
Key features
Live Delhivery rates: the price comes from the Delhivery shipping cost API, from your origin pincode to the customer's 6-digit pincode, by cart weight, Express or Surface, Pre-paid or COD.
Fixed fallback prices: prices per country and a fallback price, per order or per item, for when there is no live rate. An empty fallback hides the method.
GST without double tax: choose the Delhivery amount with or without GST, so tax is not charged twice when your store taxes shipping.
Safe currency handling: rates in Indian rupees are converted to your base currency with your conversion rate. Without it, a store whose base currency is not INR uses the fixed prices. Magento shows the price in the customer's currency.
Fast checkout: rates are cached for 1 hour and failed requests for 10 minutes. API errors never reach the customer. Production and staging environments.
AWB tracking link: enter the Delhivery AWB as the tracking number of the shipment. The customer gets a link to the Delhivery tracking page with the order and in the shipment e-mail, and the Delhivery block of the admin order shows the AWB, the Delhivery mode and the price source.
Shipping rules: free shipping from a subtotal, show from a subtotal, minimum and maximum weight, and the countries you ship to. Magento cart price rules with free shipping work as usual.
Standard Magento settings: all settings are on the standard Delivery Methods configuration page, with sections for the API account, live rates, fixed prices, conditions and availability, settings per website, an encrypted API token and a debug log viewer.
Requirements
Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce 2.4.6 to 2.4.9 (your own server or Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure; not Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service), PHP 8.1 to 8.4. Live rates need a Delhivery account with an API token from Delhivery One. Fixed prices work without one. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
