Overview
VibeFox UPS adds UPS delivery to WooCommerce as a regular shipping method. It gets live rates from the current UPS REST Rating API with OAuth 2.0 and shows the customer one UPS option with the cheapest UPS service for the cart, converted to your store currency. Fixed prices take over when UPS gives no rate.
It suits shops that ship with UPS, domestically or internationally, and want real UPS prices at checkout. The plugin calculates rates only. It does not create UPS shipments or labels, book pickups, track parcels or let customers choose a UPS Access Point.
Key features
Current UPS API: OAuth 2.0 client credentials and the Rating API. The retired UPS Access Key is not needed. Test and production environments.
Cheapest UPS service: for example UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, UPS Standard or Worldwide Saver. The service name is saved with the order for the shop manager.
Your UPS prices: account (negotiated) rates with your UPS account number, or published rates. Residential or business delivery, optional box size for dimensional weight.
Correct units: pounds and inches for shipments from the US and Puerto Rico, kilograms and centimetres elsewhere. Products without weight use a default weight.
Safe currency handling: a UPS rate in another currency is converted with your exchange rate, never shown as if it were in your currency.
Fixed prices as fallback: a price table by country with XS–XL weight columns and a fallback price, used without credentials and when UPS does not answer.
Fast checkout: quotes are cached for 1 hour, failures for 10 minutes (5 for the token). Customers never see UPS error texts.
Shipping rules and modern WooCommerce: free shipping from a subtotal, minimum subtotal, weight limits, excluded shipping classes, zones or a list of countries, Cart and Checkout blocks, HPOS.
Requirements
WordPress 5.8 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. An app with the "Rating" product in the UPS Developer Portal (Client ID and Client Secret). Fixed prices work without it. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
