VibeFox PostNL for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox PostNL adds PostNL delivery to WooCommerce as a regular shipping method. Each method you add to a shipping zone is either a PostNL pickup point method or a home address method. Add it twice to offer both. Prices come from your own table per country and weight class.

It suits shops in the Netherlands and Belgium that ship with PostNL. For Dutch and Belgian addresses the customer picks one of the nearest PostNL pickup points at checkout. PostNL has no public rate API, so the plugin does not request live rates. It does not create shipping labels, barcodes, track and trace, returns or delivery-day options.

Key features

PostNL pickup points: the three nearest PostNL points for the customer's postcode are loaded from the PostNL Checkout API and shown in a list under the shipping method, in the classic checkout and in the Checkout block.

Checked on the server: the order cannot be placed without a point, and the point is checked against PostNL's list for the shipping address. Name and address come from PostNL.

Point saved with the order: name, address and PostNL location code on the admin order screen, the thank-you and My account order pages and in the order e-mails.

Pickup point or home address per zone: each zone method has its own title and delivery type. Home delivery works for any country you set a price for.

Your own prices: a price per country with weight classes (XS to XL), a row for all other countries and a price for other countries, per order or per item.

Shipping rules: free shipping from a cart subtotal, minimum subtotal, minimum and maximum cart weight, hide for shipping classes, tax status. A decimal comma is accepted.

Safe checkout: if PostNL cannot be reached or has no points, only the pickup point method is hidden. Errors are cached for 10 minutes, and the last error is shown on the settings screen.

Modern WooCommerce: shipping zones or a list of countries, Cart and Checkout blocks, HPOS, PostNL sandbox. Dutch translation.

Requirements

WordPress 5.8 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. Pickup points need a PostNL business account with an API key. Home delivery works without it. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
