VibeFox Packeta for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox Packeta adds the shipping method "Packeta pickup point" to WooCommerce. When the customer selects it at checkout, a Choose pickup point button opens the official Packeta widget with a map and search of Packeta pickup points and Z-BOXes. The chosen point is required to place the order and is saved with the order.

It suits shops that deliver to Packeta (Zásilkovna) pickup points in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. Packeta has no public rate API, so prices come from your own table. The plugin does not create Packeta shipments, print labels, track parcels or offer home delivery.

Key features

Official Packeta widget: map and search of pickup points and Z-BOXes in the classic checkout and in the Checkout block. The cart weight is passed to the widget, so it lists only points that accept the parcel.

Required pickup point: the order cannot be placed without a point, and a point in another country than the shipping address is refused. The choice is remembered when the checkout refreshes or the page reloads.

Point everywhere you need it: the point name, address and ID are shown on the admin order screen, the thank-you and order pages and in the order e-mails.

Point types and language: offer pickup points and Z-BOXes, pickup points only or Z-BOXes only. The widget follows the page language or a fixed language.

API key check: the key is checked with Packeta when you save it. A pasted API password is reduced to the API key and is never stored or sent to the browser.

Your own prices: a price per country with weight columns (XS to XL), a default row for other countries, a fallback cost, per order or per item.

Shipping rules: free shipping from a cart subtotal, minimum cart subtotal, minimum and maximum weight, excluded shipping classes, tax status.

Modern WooCommerce: shipping zones or a list of countries, Cart and Checkout blocks, HPOS. Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and Romanian translations.

Requirements

WordPress 5.8 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. A Packeta client account with an API key. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
