VibeFox Instabee for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox Instabee adds delivery to Instabee / Budbee parcel boxes to WooCommerce as a regular shipping method. Customers see it in the cart and at checkout with your own fixed price for their country and cart weight, and can choose a parcel box near their postal code.

It suits shops that deliver to Budbee Box parcel lockers in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands and Belgium. Instabee and Budbee do not publish a rate API, so prices come from your price table. The plugin does not book shipments, print labels, give tracking numbers or offer Budbee Home delivery slots.

Key features

Prices by country and weight: a price per destination country with optional weight tiers (XS up to 1 kg, S up to 2 kg, M up to 3 kg, L up to 5 kg, XL above 5 kg), a * row for all other countries and a fallback cost. Per order or per item.

Parcel box selection: with Budbee API credentials the customer sees the boxes near the postal code of the shipping address, sorted by distance, can search another postal code and chooses one.

Checked on the server: the box is required and is checked against the Budbee list before the order is placed.

Box on the order: the chosen box is shown on the admin order screen, on the thank-you and My account order pages and in the order e-mails (HTML and plain text).

Fast and safe checkout: box lists are cached (12 hours per postal code, 5 minutes after a failed request). If the Budbee API cannot be reached, the order can still be placed and is flagged so you can choose the box later.

Shipping rules: minimum and maximum cart weight, minimum order amount, free shipping from an order amount, excluded shipping classes, tax status. Decimal comma or point in all price fields.

Flexible availability: works with WooCommerce shipping zones (each zone can have its own title) or without them, using a list of countries.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Cart and Checkout blocks, HPOS. Logging to WooCommerce logs without keys or customer data. Swedish translation included.

Requirements

WordPress 5.8 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. Fixed prices work without an API account. Parcel box selection needs Budbee API credentials from Instabee (issued to merchants with a delivery agreement). A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
