VibeFox Envioclick for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox Envioclick adds Envioclick shipping for Mexico and Colombia to WooCommerce as a regular shipping method. Envioclick is a multi-carrier platform: for the customer's address it returns quotes from several carriers (for example Estafeta, Redpack, 99minutos, Paquetexpress, Coordinadora, Servientrega). The plugin shows the customer one rate, the cheapest or the fastest, with fixed prices per country as a fallback.

It suits shops in Mexico or Colombia that have an Envioclick account. The plugin calculates shipping rates at checkout. It does not create guides or labels, request pickups, track or cancel shipments, and it offers one rate, not a choice between carriers. Live quotes are domestic only: Mexico to Mexico or Colombia to Colombia.

Key features

Cheapest or fastest carrier: Envioclick quotes from several carriers, and the customer gets one rate. Cash-on-delivery services are never used. Branch pickup rates ("Ocurre") can be allowed.

Carrier in the title and in the order: optionally, for example "Envioclick Shipping (Estafeta Express, 1 day)". The carrier is saved to the order and shown on the admin order screen, on the customer's order page and in order e-mails.

Mexico and Colombia: Mexico quotes by 5-digit postcodes. In Colombia the destination municipality (DANE code) is detected from the department and city the customer enters, with about 1,130 municipalities built in.

Safe currency handling: Envioclick quotes in MXN or COP. In another store currency you set a conversion rate. Without it live rates are not used.

Fixed prices as a fallback: prices per country with a default row and a fallback cost, used when there is no live rate.

Fast checkout: quotes are cached for 1 hour and failed requests for 10 minutes. API errors never reach the customer.

Shipping rules: minimum and maximum weight, minimum order amount, free shipping from an amount, excluded shipping classes, tax status.

Modern WooCommerce: shipping zones with their own title or a list of countries without zones, classic checkout, Cart and Checkout blocks, HPOS. Spanish translations for Mexico, Colombia and Spain.

Requirements

WordPress 5.8 or later, WooCommerce 5.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. Live rates need an Envioclick account with an API key; for Mexico also the User-Agent value issued by Envioclick support. Fixed prices work without an account. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
