VibeFox bpost Cubee for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox bpost Cubee adds delivery to bpost parcel lockers (bbox, formerly Cubee) and bpost pickup points in Belgium to WooCommerce as a regular shipping method. Customers see the method in the cart and at checkout with your fixed price, search for a pickup point by postal code or city and must choose one before placing the order.

It suits Belgian shops that want to offer parcel locker and pickup point delivery next to home delivery. Prices are the fixed prices you enter. The plugin does not get live rates from bpost, create shipments, print labels or track parcels, and pickup points are shown as a list, not on a map.

Key features

Pickup point selector: the postal code of the checkout address is searched automatically. The customer can search another postal code or a city and picks a point from the list.

Classic and block checkout: the selector works in the classic checkout and in the Cart and Checkout blocks. An order without a pickup point is refused in both, also on the server.

Two pricing modes: fixed prices per country, or prices by parcel size from the cart weight (S up to 2 kg, M up to 5 kg, L up to 10 kg, XL above), per order or per item.

Pickup point in the order: shown on the admin order screen with a Change button, on the thank-you page, in My account and in the order e-mails.

Fast checkout: pickup point lists are cached for 6 hours and failed requests for 5 minutes, so a bpost outage does not slow the checkout down.

Shipping rules: minimum and maximum cart weight (default maximum 30 kg), minimum order amount, excluded shipping classes, free shipping from an order amount, tax status.

Flexible availability: works with WooCommerce shipping zones or without them, using a list of countries.

Modern WooCommerce: HPOS compatible, logging in WooCommerce > Status > Logs without keys or customer data, Dutch and French translations.

Requirements

WordPress 5.8 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. The pickup point selector needs a bpost Shipping Platform account with API keys and an App ID issued by bpost. Without keys the method works as a fixed-price shipping method. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
