VibeFox Omise for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox Omise Payment Gateway adds Visa, Mastercard and JCB card payments through Omise (Opn Payments) to WooCommerce. The customer enters the card in a card form on your checkout page. Omise.js sends the card data straight to Omise, and your store receives only a one-time token, then creates the charge on the server. 3-D Secure is handled by a redirect to the bank and back.

It suits stores in Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and other markets served by Omise that want card payments with optional manual capture and refunds from WooCommerce. The plugin takes cards only. It has no PromptPay, TrueMoney, mobile banking, installments, Konbini, PayNow or other Omise methods, no saved cards and no subscriptions, and no partial capture.

Key features

Card form with Omise.js: on the classic checkout, the Checkout block and the Pay for order page. Card data never reaches your server.

Paid only when Omise confirms: the order is marked paid only when the charge read from the Omise API is captured and its amount and currency match the order. A mismatch puts the order on hold for review.

3-D Secure and webhook: the result is always re-read from the Omise API. The webhook completes orders when the customer does not come back from 3-D Secure and picks up captures made in the Omise dashboard.

Capture immediately or authorize only: authorized orders stay On hold until you choose Omise: Capture payment or Omise: Void authorization in the order actions.

No double processing: a repeated webhook, return or checkout submit never pays twice or duplicates notes, e-mails or stock reduction. A retry never charges a card twice, and a late payment never reopens a cancelled or refunded order.

Refunds: full and partial refunds from the WooCommerce order screen. A full refund of an uncaptured authorization voids it.

Test and live modes: separate keys. Refunds, captures and status checks always use the keys of the mode the order was paid in. Omise: Sync payment status order action.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Checkout block, HPOS. 13 currencies, JPY without decimals. Log without keys, tokens or card data. Thai translation included.

Requirements

WordPress 6.2 or later, WooCommerce 8.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. HTTPS on the checkout page. An Omise account with public and secret keys and a webhook in the Omise dashboard. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
