VibeFox Niubiz for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox Niubiz Payment adds card payments in Peru through the official Niubiz payment form (Botón de pago web) to WooCommerce. After placing the order, the customer goes to the order payment page of your store, where the Niubiz form opens. The customer enters the card in the Niubiz form, and your store authorizes the payment on the server. Card data never touches your site.

It suits stores in Peru that sell in Peruvian soles (PEN) or US dollars (USD) and have a Niubiz merchant affiliation. The plugin takes one-time card payments only. It has no refunds or cancellations from WooCommerce, no saved cards, subscriptions or installments (cuotas), and no PagoEfectivo, Yape or QR payments.

Key features

Niubiz payment form: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club, whatever your Niubiz affiliation accepts. The form shows your store name or your own logo.

Paid only when Niubiz approves: the order is marked paid only when Niubiz approves the authorization and the answer matches the order: purchase number, amount and currency. A mismatch puts the order on hold with a note.

Safe with lost answers: a timeout or an unreadable answer from Niubiz puts the order On hold with the purchase number to check, and the customer is told not to pay again.

Declined cards: the order becomes Failed with the Niubiz reason and action code, and the customer sees the reason and can retry at once with another card. Every attempt gets a new purchase number.

No double processing: repeated or parallel form submissions never authorize twice and never duplicate notes, stock reduction or e-mails.

Sandbox and production: separate credentials for each environment. Sandbox mode switches both the API endpoints and the credentials.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Checkout block, the Pay for order page, HPOS. Optional log without credentials, tokens, card or customer data. Spanish translation included.

Requirements

WordPress 5.8 or later, WooCommerce 6.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. Store currency PEN or USD. Niubiz sandbox and production credentials (merchant ID, API user, API password). A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
