VibeFox Mollie for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox Mollie Gateway adds payments through the Mollie hosted checkout to WooCommerce. After placing the order, the customer is sent to the Mollie payment page, chooses one of the methods enabled in your Mollie account (iDEAL, cards, Bancontact, bank transfer and others) and comes back to your store. Card data never touches your site.

It suits stores that want all their Mollie payment methods behind one payment method without building forms on their own site. The method is chosen on the Mollie page, not in your checkout. The plugin has no subscriptions or recurring payments, no saved cards or mandates, no card fields on your site, no Apple Pay or PayPal express buttons, no order lines for Klarna-type methods and no capture or void of authorized payments from WooCommerce.

Mollie hosted checkout: one payment method Mollie on the classic checkout, the Checkout block and the Pay for order page.

Paid only when Mollie confirms: every webhook and every customer return is checked by fetching the payment from the Mollie API with your own key. The paid amount and currency must match the order; a mismatch puts the order on hold with a note.

Nothing to set up in Mollie: the webhook URL is sent with every payment.

No double processing: repeated webhooks change nothing, a paid order is never reopened or downgraded, and a retry reuses the still-open Mollie payment. If two payments of one order are paid anyway, a note asks you to refund the duplicate.

Bank transfer, authorizations, chargebacks: bank transfer orders wait On hold for the money, authorized payments get a capture hint, chargebacks add a note and put the order on hold.

Test and live modes: separate API keys. Every payment remembers its mode, so status checks and refunds of older payments keep working after you switch. A test payment never completes an order of a live store.

Refunds: full and partial refunds from the WooCommerce order screen, with Mollie's error message when a refund is rejected.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Checkout block, HPOS. 28 currencies, JPY and ISK without decimals. Log without keys or customer data. Dutch translation included.

Requirements

WordPress 6.0 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. A Mollie account with test and live API keys and a store currency supported by Mollie. The site must be reachable from the internet for webhooks. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
