VibeFox Midtrans for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox Midtrans Payment Gateway adds Midtrans Snap payments in Indonesian Rupiah to WooCommerce. After placing the order, the customer is sent to the Midtrans Snap payment page and chooses any method enabled in your Midtrans account: GoPay, QRIS, ShopeePay, cards, bank virtual accounts, convenience stores and more. The order is confirmed by the Midtrans payment notification, which the plugin verifies before anything changes in WooCommerce.

It suits Indonesian stores that sell in IDR and want all Midtrans methods behind one payment method. The plugin works with IDR only and has no currency conversion. It has no Snap pop-up, no card form on your site, no saved cards, no installment or promo settings, no subscriptions and no separate authorize and capture.

Key features

Snap Redirect: the Midtrans payment page with every method of your Midtrans account, on the classic checkout, the Checkout block and the Pay for order page.

Paid only when Midtrans confirms: the signature of each notification is checked, the status is re-read from the Midtrans status API, and the paid amount and currency are compared with the order. A mismatch puts the order on hold with a note.

Delayed payments: virtual account and convenience store orders wait On hold until Midtrans reports the payment. An expired unpaid transaction cancels the order and returns the stock.

Safe retries: an unused or pending Snap of the same amount is reused. Repeated notifications, the customer's return and retries never pay an order twice. A second payment for a paid order is reported in a note.

Sandbox and Production: separate Server Keys. Orders remember the environment they were paid in, so refunds and notifications of sandbox orders keep working after you go live.

Refunds both ways: full and partial refunds from WooCommerce in whole rupiah. Refunds made in the Midtrans dashboard are added to the WooCommerce order automatically.

Order status of your choice: Processing, Completed or On hold after a confirmed payment. An order ID prefix lets several stores share one Midtrans account.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Checkout block, HPOS. Optional log without keys or customer data. Indonesian translation included.

Requirements

WordPress 6.0 or later, WooCommerce 8.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. Store currency IDR. A Midtrans account with a Sandbox and a Production Server Key and the Payment Notification URL set in the Midtrans dashboard. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
