VibeFox Kushki for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox Kushki Payment adds card payments with Kushki to WooCommerce for stores in Ecuador and Colombia. The customer enters the card in the Kushki hosted card form, which is shown inside your checkout page but served by Kushki. The form returns a one-time token, and your store charges it on the server through the Kushki API. Card numbers never reach your site.

It suits stores that charge in USD or COP and want a card form on their own checkout page without handling card data. The plugin takes one-step card payments only. It has no partial refunds, saved cards, subscriptions, cash or bank transfer (PSE) payments, debit-card redirect payments or separate authorize and capture.

Key features

Kushki hosted card form: the card form of Kushki on the classic checkout, the Checkout block and the Pay for order page. Installments (diferido) chosen in the form are passed to the charge.

Paid only when Kushki confirms: an order is marked paid only after the Kushki API response confirms the charge with a ticket number. A different amount or currency reported by Kushki puts the order on hold with a note.

Tax as IVA: the amount and currency always come from the order. The order tax is reported to Kushki as IVA, untaxed lines separately.

Signed webhooks: optional webhooks confirm payments whose API response was lost and add notes for voids and refunds made in the Kushki Console. Notifications without a valid signature are rejected.

No double processing: a per-order lock stops double charges on a double click, and repeated webhooks never complete an order twice.

Test and live modes: separate Merchant IDs and webhook signatures for each mode. Refunds always go to the mode the payment was made in.

Full refunds: refund the whole payment from the WooCommerce order screen.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Checkout block, the Pay for order page, HPOS. Debug log without Merchant IDs, card tokens or customer e-mails. Spanish translation included.

Requirements

WordPress 6.0 or later, WooCommerce 8.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. A store currency of USD or COP. A Kushki account with test and live Public and Private Merchant IDs, and HTTPS for live payments. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
