VibeFox KOMOJU for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox KOMOJU Payment Gateway adds KOMOJU payments to WooCommerce. After placing the order, the customer is sent to the KOMOJU hosted payment page and chooses a method there: credit or debit card, convenience store payment (konbini), PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay, Rakuten Pay, bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK and others, depending on your KOMOJU account and the order currency. Card data never touches your site.

It suits stores in Japan, Asia and Europe that want local payment methods with a KOMOJU merchant account. The plugin takes one-time payments only. It has no card form on your site, saved cards, subscriptions or manual capture action in WooCommerce.

Key features

KOMOJU hosted page: a payment session is created for the order total in the order currency. JPY, KRW and VND are sent without decimals. The method is offered only for the 20 currencies KOMOJU supports.

Paid only when KOMOJU confirms: an order is marked paid only after a webhook signed with your webhook secret token or after the payment session is read from the KOMOJU API. The customer's return alone never pays an order.

Amount and currency check: a mismatch puts the order on hold with a note. Payments that KOMOJU converted into another currency are verified through the payment session.

Konbini and bank transfer: the order is put on hold when the payment slip is issued and completed when the customer pays. An expired slip cancels the order.

No double processing: repeated or simultaneous webhooks and returns confirm a payment once. Repeated attempts reuse the open session, a payment of an older session is still recognised, and a cancelled order is never reopened silently.

Refunds: full and partial refunds from the WooCommerce order screen. Refunds made in the KOMOJU dashboard are recorded in WooCommerce automatically.

Test and live modes: separate secret keys and webhook secret tokens. Every order remembers its mode, so refunds and status checks use the right key after you switch.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Checkout block, the Pay for order page, HPOS. Log without keys or customer data. Japanese translation included.

Requirements

WordPress 6.0 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. A KOMOJU merchant account with a secret key and a webhook secret token, and HTTPS on your site. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
