Overview
VibeFox Iugu Gateway adds Iugu payments to WooCommerce for stores in Brazil. For each order the plugin creates an Iugu invoice and sends the customer to the Iugu invoice page, where the invoice is paid by credit card, boleto bancário or PIX. Card data never touches your site.
It suits Brazilian stores that sell in Brazilian Real (BRL) with an Iugu account. The plugin takes one-time payments only. It has no on-site card form, saved cards, subscriptions or recurring billing, payment booklets (carnê), split payments or installment settings in WooCommerce.
Key features
Iugu invoice page: an invoice is created for the order total in BRL. The customer pays with any method enabled in your Iugu account: credit card, boleto or PIX.
Paid only when Iugu confirms: the notification and the customer's return only tell the store which invoice to check. The invoice is always read back from the Iugu API, and its status, amount and currency are compared with the order. A mismatch puts the order on hold.
Nothing to set up in Iugu: every invoice carries the notification URL of your store.
No double processing: each invoice status is applied once, so repeated notifications and returns never complete an order twice, send duplicate e-mails or reduce stock twice. Paid, cancelled or refunded orders are never silently reopened.
Safe retries: a new payment attempt reuses the open invoice or cancels it in Iugu first. A payment of an older invoice is still matched to the order, and a duplicate payment is flagged for refund.
Boleto and PIX friendly: orders with an open invoice wait on hold and are not cancelled by the WooCommerce unpaid-order timer. Iugu reports expiry, and the customer can pay again.
Refunds: from the WooCommerce order screen — credit card full or partial, PIX full only. Refunds made in the Iugu dashboard set the order to Refunded.
Modern WooCommerce: separate test and live tokens, classic checkout, Checkout block, the Pay for order page, HPOS. CPF/CNPJ from Brazilian Market checkout fields. Brazilian Portuguese translation included.
