VibeFox ePayco for WooCommerce

Overview

WC ePayco Payment adds ePayco payments for Colombia to WooCommerce. After placing the order, the customer pays in the ePayco checkout, which opens as a popup over your order page or as a redirect to the ePayco payment page. The customer can use the payment methods enabled on your ePayco account, such as cards, PSE bank transfers, cash networks and wallets like Daviplata. Card and bank data never touch your site.

It suits stores that sell in Colombian pesos (COP) or US dollars (USD) and already have an ePayco account. The plugin takes one-time payments only. It has no refunds from WooCommerce (refund in the ePayco dashboard), no saved cards, subscriptions or split payments, and no periodic status polling of pending transactions.

Key features

ePayco Checkout v2: a checkout session is created on your server for every payment attempt with the order total, taxes, currency and order number. You choose the popup (One Page) or the redirect checkout.

Paid only when ePayco confirms: an order is marked paid only by a confirmation signed with your P_CUST_ID_CLIENTE and P_KEY, or by a transaction the plugin fetches from ePayco itself when the customer returns. Nothing needs to be set up in the ePayco dashboard.

Amount and currency check: the amount and currency reported by ePayco are compared with the order. A mismatch puts the order on hold with a note.

No double processing: one ePayco reference pays one order only. Repeated confirmations, the customer return and retries are applied once, so there are no duplicate notes, e-mails or stock changes.

Pending payments handled: PSE and cash payments that are still pending put the order on hold until ePayco confirms them. Declined payments mark the order failed, and the customer can try again.

Test mode: test sessions with ePayco test cards and the same keys. Test transactions never pay orders placed in live mode.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Checkout block, the Pay for order page, HPOS. Optional log without keys or customer data. Spanish translations included.

Requirements

WordPress 5.8 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. An ePayco account with its four API keys (P_CUST_ID_CLIENTE, P_KEY, PUBLIC_KEY, PRIVATE_KEY). Store currency COP or USD. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
