VibeFox DPO for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox DPO Pay Gateway connects WooCommerce to DPO Pay (Network International), a payment service for Africa and the Middle East. After placing the order, the customer is sent to the secure DPO payment page and pays with a card, mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, Tigo Pesa, Orange Money and others), PayPal or any other method enabled on your DPO account. Card data never touches your site.

It suits stores with a DPO Pay merchant account that sell in a currency supported by DPO. The plugin takes one-time payments only. It has no refunds from WooCommerce (refunds are made in the DPO merchant portal), no saved cards, subscriptions or card fields on your site, and it does not capture authorized-only payments.

Key features

DPO payment page: a DPO transaction is created for the order total in the order currency. Customer name, e-mail, phone and address are passed to DPO to pre-fill the payment page.

Paid only when DPO confirms: an order is marked paid only after the plugin asks DPO itself, server to server, and DPO confirms the payment. The customer's return and the push notification only start this check.

Amount and currency check: the paid amount and currency are compared with the order to the cent. A difference, an authorized-only payment or an overpaid or underpaid transaction puts the order on hold with a note.

No double charges: when the customer pays again for the same order, the previous DPO payment link is checked first and cancelled if unpaid. Repeated notifications never duplicate e-mails, notes or stock changes.

Automatic re-checks: unconfirmed orders are checked with DPO 15 minutes after the redirect and after the payment time limit, so an order is confirmed even if the customer closes the browser.

Test and live accounts: separate Company Token and Service Type for each. Orders remember the account they were paid with.

Order status of your choice: Processing, Completed or On hold after a successful payment, set in one status change.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Checkout block, the Pay for order page, HPOS. Optional log with masked tokens and no customer data. French translation included.

Requirements

WordPress 6.2 or later, WooCommerce 8.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. A DPO Pay merchant account with a Company Token and a Service Type ID, and a store currency supported by your DPO account. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
