VibeFox Comgate for WooCommerce

Overview

VibeFox Comgate Gateway adds payments through Comgate to WooCommerce. After placing the order, the customer is sent to the Comgate payment page and pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, a bank button or a bank transfer, whatever is enabled for your shop in Comgate. Then the customer comes back to your store. Card data never touches your site.

It suits Czech and other European stores that sell in CZK, EUR, PLN, HUF, USD, GBP, RON, HRK, NOK or SEK with a Comgate account. The plugin takes one-time payments only. It has no recurring payments, subscriptions or saved cards, no embedded Comgate checkout or Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons on your site, and it does not capture or cancel pre-authorizations from WooCommerce.

Key features

Comgate payment page: the payment is created in the background for the order total in the order currency, and the customer is redirected to Comgate. You choose all methods, cards only or bank transfers only, and the page language.

Paid only when Comgate confirms: neither the background notification nor the customer return is trusted on its own. The plugin re-reads the payment from the Comgate status API and accepts only a transaction it created for this order.

Amount and currency check: the paid amount and currency must match the order. A mismatch puts the order on hold with a note.

No double processing: repeated or simultaneous notifications and returns change the order, reduce stock and send e-mails only once. A replayed confirmation never reopens a refunded order.

Safe repeated attempts: when the customer pays again, the previous attempt is checked first and cancelled at Comgate if it is still open. A second payment for a paid order adds a note to refund the duplicate.

Late bank transfers: a payment confirmed after WooCommerce cancelled the unpaid order reopens the order with a note.

Refunds: full and partial refunds from the WooCommerce order screen, always sent in the mode (test or live) of the original payment.

Modern WooCommerce: classic checkout, Checkout block, the Pay for order page, HPOS. Optional log without the secret or personal data. Czech translation included.

Requirements

WordPress 6.0 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later. A Comgate account with a Merchant ID and secret, and the notification URL set in the Comgate client portal. A site reachable over HTTPS from the internet. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
