Description

VibeFox Darvas — Darvas Box Breakout Indicator

VibeFox Darvas is a real-time Darvas Box indicator for MetaTrader 5. It automatically builds Darvas boxes from price action, draws them directly on your chart and marks the exact moment price breaks out of a box. Instead of hand-drawing consolidation ranges and watching for the break, you see the structure and the entry points form live through a modern, interactive panel.

What the Darvas Box Shows

The classic Darvas method frames the market into stacked boxes. The top of a box is a fresh high that price has been unable to exceed, and the bottom is the floor that holds beneath it. As long as price stays inside the box the trend is pausing; when price escapes the box, momentum is returning. VibeFox Darvas detects these ranges automatically and paints each one as a clean, filled rectangle with a defined top and bottom.

Box construction follows two intuitive rules you control directly. Lookback sets how many bars are scanned to find a new high that becomes the box top. Confirm sets how many bars that high must hold without being exceeded before the box is treated as valid. Together they let you decide whether the indicator reacts to short, fast consolidations or only to deeper, more established ranges.

Breakout Entry Points

The real value of a Darvas box is the breakout, and VibeFox Darvas places a clear crosshair marker at the entry. You can run two complementary entry styles at the same time, each independently switchable.

Break Entry marks the entry the instant price pierces a box boundary, so you see the move as it happens.

Bar Close marks the entry only after the bar closes beyond the box, giving you a confirmed, less noisy signal that filters out intrabar fake-outs.

Upward breakouts and downward breakouts are colored separately with the Buy Cross and Sell Cross colors, so direction reads at a glance. A Show Only Buy Breakouts option lets you concentrate purely on long setups when you are trading with an upward bias. The Cross Size control scales the markers from 1 to 5 to suit any chart density.

Full Visual Control

Every part of the drawing is yours to tune. The Box Fill color carries its own transparency slider, so boxes can sit as a subtle tint behind the candles or as a bold block. The Borders color, with an independent transparency slider, styles the top and bottom edges, and Border Width sets their thickness in pixels. The Bars setting decides how much history is analyzed, letting you keep the chart light or review a long stretch of past structure.

Entry Notifications

You never have to sit and watch the chart for a breakout. Each entry signal can be pushed out through several notification channels, switched on independently in the panel.

Alert — pop-up message inside the terminal.

Push — mobile notification to the MetaTrader app on your phone.

Email — message sent through the terminal mail settings.

Telegram — the alert text together with a chart screenshot, sent straight to your Telegram chat.

Turn on only the channels you want, and you are notified the moment a new entry appears on the symbol and timeframe you are running.

Visual History (HTML Report)

Enable the Html channel and every entry is saved into an HTML report together with a screenshot of the chart at the moment the breakout was detected. The report is stored in the terminal Files folder, under VibeFox_Darvas, and opens in any browser, giving you a visual log of every box break the indicator found. A one-click trash button clears the report and its screenshots whenever you want a fresh start.

Telegram Alerts

Signals can also be delivered straight to your Telegram chat — the alert text together with a screenshot of the chart at the moment of detection. Turn on the Telegram channel and enter your bot token and chat id in the inputs.

Delivery rides on the HTML report: each new signal is written into the report, and the report — opened in a browser — forwards it to your Telegram chat on its own. For this reason, enabling Telegram automatically keeps the Html report on, and the two channels work together.

Interactive On-Chart Panel

The whole interface is a smooth, canvas-based panel built for fast, mouse-driven control. Power, Settings and Close icons sit in the header, and a single click on the gear opens the settings.

Resizable — drag the lower-right corner to scale the panel.

Movable — switch the panel between a separate subwindow and the main chart.

Collapsible — double-click the header to fold the panel into a compact bar.

Power toggle — turn box drawing on or off without removing the indicator.

Mouse wheel — hover any number field and scroll to change its value.

Personalization

You adapt the look and behavior to your workspace: light, dark or automatic theme, adjustable panel width, header size, row height and font size. Optional touches let you Hide Footer, shrink the header when collapsed with Mini Header, and auto-collapse the panel when you click outside it. A one-click Reset returns size, font and header to their defaults. You can also run several independent copies on the same chart, each with a unique instance number, to watch different Lookback and Confirm settings side by side.

Built-in Multilingual Help

A complete help page is built into the panel and available in 10 languages, so every control is explained right where you use it.
