VibeFox Redsys for PrestaShop

Overview

VibeFox Redsys Gateway connects PrestaShop to the Redsys virtual POS (Servired / Sermepa) that most Spanish banks give to their merchants. At the payment step the customer chooses Redsys, is sent to the secure Redsys payment page of your bank, pays by card with 3-D Secure, or by Bizum or another method your bank has enabled for the terminal, and comes back to your shop. Card data never touches your site, and abandoned payments leave no unpaid orders.

It suits shops in Spain that already have a Redsys merchant account from their bank. The module takes one-time payments that are authorised and captured at once. It has no card form on your own site (InSite), no saved cards or one-click payments, no subscriptions and no pre-authorisation with later capture.

Key features

Redsys payment page: a signed payment form sends the customer to the Redsys page of your bank for the cart total, in the language of the cart.

Paid only when Redsys confirms: the order is created only by the online notification of Redsys, after its HMAC-SHA256 signature and your merchant code are checked. Returning to the shop never creates or pays an order by itself.

Amount and currency check: the amount and currency in the notification are compared with the cart. A mismatch puts the order in Redsys payment on hold with a note.

No double processing: repeated notifications change nothing. A second payment for a paid cart or a test payment while the shop is live is held or noted, never applied silently.

Test and live modes: separate secret keys for the Redsys test environment (SIS-T) and the real one. Each payment remembers its environment, also for refunds.

Refunds from the order page: full and partial refunds in the Redsys payment block of the order through the Redsys REST API, with the response signature checked. A full refund sets the order to Refunded.

Order status of your choice: Payment accepted, Delivered or Redsys payment on hold for manual review after a successful payment.

Redsys block on the order page: the Redsys order number, authorisation code, environment, refund history, notes and payment attempts. Optional log without keys or card data.

Requirements

PrestaShop 8.0 to 9.x, PHP 8.0 or later. A Redsys merchant account from your bank: merchant code (FUC), terminal number and the SHA-256 secret keys of the test and live environments, with the online notification (HTTP) active for the terminal. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
