VibeFox PagSeguro for PrestaShop

Overview

VibeFox PagSeguro Gateway connects PrestaShop to PagBank (formerly PagSeguro) with the PagBank Checkout API. At the payment step the customer chooses PagBank, the module creates a PagBank checkout for the exact cart total and sends the customer to the PagBank payment page. The customer pays there with the methods enabled in your PagBank account, such as credit card, PIX or boleto, and comes back to your shop. Payments are in Brazilian Real (BRL) only. The order is created only after PagBank reports the payment, so abandoned payments leave no unpaid orders.

It suits Brazilian shops that want PagBank's hosted payment page with refunds from the PrestaShop order page. The module has no on-site card form, no saved cards, no subscriptions or recurring payments and no split payments. Payment methods and installments are those configured in your PagBank account; they are not chosen in the module.

Key features

Hosted PagBank page: no card data on your server. The customer's name, e-mail, a Brazilian phone number and the CPF/CNPJ from the address are filled in on the PagBank page when the shop has them.

Paid only when PagBank confirms: notifications and the customer's return are checked by reading the checkout and the PagBank order from the API: status, amount in centavos and currency. Notifications with an invalid signature are rejected.

Nothing to configure in PagBank: the notification URL is sent with every payment.

Amount check: a payment whose amount or currency differs from the cart goes to PagBank payment on hold with a note. Installment interest paid by the buyer is taken into account.

Clear statuses: paid orders go to Payment accepted, generated PIX or boleto and payments in analysis go to Awaiting PagBank payment, later declined or cancelled payments go to Payment error or Canceled.

No double payment: paying again reuses the open PagBank checkout or deactivates the previous one. Repeated notifications and returns never create a second order or record the payment twice.

Sandbox and production: separate tokens. Status checks and refunds of an order always use the environment in which its payment was made.

Refunds from the order page: full and partial refunds in the PagBank payment block, up to the amount PagBank charged, recorded only when PagBank confirms them. A full refund sets the order to Refunded.

Requirements

PrestaShop 8.0 to 9.x, PHP 8.0 or later. Brazilian Real (BRL) as the cart currency. A shop reachable from the internet over HTTPS. A PagBank account with a production token, and a sandbox token for tests. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
