VibeFox Omise for PrestaShop

Overview

VibeFox Omise Payment adds Visa, Mastercard and JCB card payments through Omise (Opn Payments) to PrestaShop. The customer fills in a card form at the payment step of your checkout. Omise.js sends the card data straight to Omise in the browser, your shop receives only a one-time token and creates the charge on the server. 3-D Secure is handled by a redirect to the bank and back. The order is created only after Omise answers, so a declined card leaves no failed orders.

It suits shops in Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and other markets served by Omise that want card payments with optional manual capture and refunds from the PrestaShop order page. The module takes cards only. It has no PromptPay, TrueMoney, mobile banking, installments or other Omise payment methods, no saved cards, no subscriptions and no partial capture.

Key features

Card form with Omise.js: name, card number, expiry and security code on the payment step. The card fields are never posted to your shop.

Paid only when Omise confirms: the charge is always read again from the Omise API, and its amount and currency are compared with the cart. A mismatch puts the order in Omise payment on hold with a note.

3-D Secure and webhook: the webhook creates the order when the customer does not come back from 3-D Secure and picks up captures made in the Omise dashboard. Its body is never trusted.

Capture immediately or authorize only: authorized orders wait in Omise payment authorized until you click Capture payment or Void authorization in the Omise block of the order.

No double charges: repeated webhooks and returns never create a second order or record the payment twice. A retry finishes the order with an earlier paid charge, and an unfinished 3-D Secure attempt is expired before a new charge.

Refunds from the order page: full and partial refunds in the amount and currency Omise charged, with a refund history. A full refund of an authorization that was not captured voids it.

Test and live modes: separate keys. Captures, refunds and status checks always use the keys of the mode the order was paid in. Sync payment status reads the charge again on demand.

13 currencies: THB, JPY, SGD, MYR, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, DKK and HKD, JPY without decimals. Optional log without keys, tokens or card data.

Requirements

PrestaShop 8.0 to 9.x, PHP 8.0 or later. An Omise account with public and secret keys for test and live mode and a webhook in the Omise dashboard (HTTPS). A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
