VibeFox Nets Nexi for PrestaShop

Overview

VibeFox Nets Nexi Gateway adds Nets Easy (Nexi Checkout) payments to PrestaShop. At the payment step the customer chooses Nets, is sent to the Nets hosted payment page and pays by card or with a Nordic payment method enabled in your Nets account, for example MobilePay, Vipps or Swish, depending on your Nets contract, country and currency. Card data never touches your site. The order is created only after the payment has been read back from Nets and charged, so abandoned payments leave no unpaid orders.

It suits Nordic shops that want one Nets account for cards and local wallets. The module takes one-time payments and charges them automatically once verified. It has no embedded on-page Nets checkout, subscriptions or recurring payments, saved cards, invoice fees, authorize-only mode or partial captures per shipment.

Key features

Nets hosted payment page: the payment is created with the cart lines, shipping, gift wrapping and discounts in the cart currency, with amounts in the smallest currency unit, including zero-decimal and three-decimal currencies.

Paid only when Nets confirms: the payment is always read from the Nets API with your secret key. Webhooks, the customer's return and the order page check confirm it the same way.

Automatic capture: a reservation that matches the cart amount and currency is charged automatically. A mismatch, a failed capture or a payment for a cancelled order puts the order in Nets payment on hold with a note and is not captured.

No setup in Nets: webhooks are registered automatically with every payment and protected by a random per-payment secret.

No double processing: repeated webhooks, reloads and parallel requests never charge twice. A new payment attempt closes the previous Nets session, and a second reservation for a paid order is released automatically.

Test and live modes: separate secret keys and API hosts. Captures and refunds always use the environment the payment was made in.

Nets block on the order page: payment details, a status check and capture button, full and partial refunds, refund history and Nets notes. Only the right to edit orders is needed.

Order status of your choice: Payment accepted or Delivered after payment. Optional log without keys or customer data.

Requirements

PrestaShop 8.0 to 9.x, PHP 8.0 or later with the cURL extension. A Nets Easy account with secret API keys. HTTPS and friendly URLs for webhooks. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
