VibeFox Midtrans for PrestaShop

Overview

VibeFox Midtrans Payment Gateway adds Midtrans Snap payments in Indonesian Rupiah to PrestaShop. At the payment step the customer chooses Midtrans, is sent to the Midtrans Snap payment page and pays with any method enabled in your Midtrans account: GoPay, QRIS, ShopeePay, cards, bank virtual accounts, convenience stores and more. The order is created only after Midtrans confirms the payment, so abandoned payments leave no unpaid orders.

It suits Indonesian shops that sell in IDR and want all Midtrans methods behind one payment method. The module works with IDR only and has no currency conversion. It has no Snap pop-up, no card form on your site, no saved cards, no installment or promo settings, no subscriptions and no separate authorize and capture.

Key features

Snap Redirect: one Midtrans payment page with every method of your Midtrans account, for the cart total in whole rupiah with the order lines, shipping, discounts and tax.

Paid only when Midtrans confirms: the signature of each payment notification is checked, the status is read again from the Midtrans status API, and the paid amount and currency are compared with the cart. A mismatch puts the order in Midtrans payment on hold with a note.

Delayed payments: virtual account and convenience store payments create an order in Awaiting Midtrans payment. It becomes paid when Midtrans reports the payment, or is cancelled when the payment expires.

Safe retries: an unused or pending Snap of the same amount is reused. Repeated notifications and returns never create a second order or record the payment twice. A second payment for a paid order is reported in a note.

Sandbox and Production: separate Server Keys. Each payment remembers its environment, so refunds and notifications of sandbox payments keep working after you go live.

Refunds both ways: full and partial refunds in whole rupiah from the Midtrans payment block of the order. Refunds made in the Midtrans dashboard are recorded on the order automatically.

Order status of your choice: Payment accepted, Delivered or Midtrans payment on hold after a confirmed payment. An order ID prefix lets several shops share one Midtrans account.

Midtrans block on the order page: the transaction with a Midtrans dashboard link, payment method, refund history and notes. Optional log without keys or customer data.

Requirements

PrestaShop 8.0 to 9.x, PHP 8.0 or later. The IDR currency in your shop. A Midtrans account with a Sandbox and a Production Server Key and the payment notification URL set in the Midtrans dashboard. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
