VibeFox GoPay for PrestaShop

Overview

VibeFox GoPay Gateway adds GoPay payments to PrestaShop. At the payment step the customer chooses GoPay, is sent to the GoPay payment page, pays with one of the methods enabled on your GoPay account, such as payment cards, bank transfers or wallets, and comes back to your shop. The order is created only after GoPay confirms the payment, so abandoned payments leave no unpaid orders.

It suits shops in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Central Europe that sell in CZK, EUR, PLN, USD, GBP, HUF, RON or BGN and have a GoPay merchant account. The customer chooses the payment method on the GoPay page, not in your shop. The module has no subscriptions or recurring payments, no saved cards, no embedded payment form and no capture or void of pre-authorizations from PrestaShop.

Key features

Paid only when GoPay confirms: GoPay notifications are never trusted on their own. The module always reads the payment state, amount and currency from the GoPay API with your OAuth credentials.

Amount and currency check: the payment must be one the module created for the cart, and the amount, currency and order number must match it. A mismatch puts the order in GoPay payment on hold with a note.

Nothing to set up at GoPay: the notification URL is sent with every payment. If the customer returns before the notification, the return itself checks the payment with the GoPay API.

No double processing: repeated notifications and returns never create a second order. A payment through an older GoPay link of the same cart is still recognised, and a second paid attempt gets a note to refund the duplicate.

Sandbox and production: separate GoID, Client ID and Client Secret for each mode. Each payment is checked and refunded in the mode it was made in.

Refunds from the order page: full and partial refunds in the GoPay payment block of the order, in the amount and currency GoPay charged, with GoPay's own error message when a refund is refused.

GoPay block on the order page: the payment ID, the GoPay state and payment instrument, refund history and the GoPay notes of the order.

Payment page language and order status: automatic language or one of 19 fixed languages; Payment accepted or Delivered after payment. Optional log without credentials or personal data.

Requirements

PrestaShop 8.0 to 9.x, PHP 8.0 or later. A GoPay merchant account with GoID, Client ID and Client Secret (sandbox and/or production). Cart currency CZK, EUR, PLN, USD, GBP, HUF, RON or BGN. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
