VibeFox Flow for PrestaShop

Overview

VibeFox Flow Gateway adds Flow.cl payments for Chile to PrestaShop. At the payment step the customer chooses Flow, is sent to the Flow payment page, pays with any method enabled in your Flow account (Webpay, credit or debit cards, bank transfers, Servipag, Multicaja, Mach and others) and comes back to your shop. The order is created only after Flow confirms the payment.

It suits shops that sell in Chilean pesos (CLP) or US dollars (USD) and have a Flow account. The module takes one-time payments only. It has no saved cards, subscriptions, recurring charges or payment links, does not preselect a single Flow payment method (the customer chooses on the Flow page), and refunds created in the Flow dashboard are not imported into PrestaShop.

Key features

Flow payment page: a payment is created for the cart total in the cart currency, in whole pesos for CLP and with two decimals for USD. No setup is needed in the Flow account.

Paid only when Flow confirms: every confirmation and customer return is checked with a signed status request to Flow, and the amount and currency are compared with the cart. A mismatch puts the order in Flow payment on hold.

Payments bound to the cart: every payment attempt has its own reference, token and environment, so a payment made for another cart or another shop cannot pay this one.

No double processing: repeated confirmations and returns never create a second order or record the payment twice. A refunded order is never reopened, and a duplicate payment is flagged.

Cash coupons: when the customer generates a Servipag or Multicaja coupon, the order waits in Awaiting Flow payment until Flow confirms the payment.

Refunds from the order page: full and partial refunds in the Flow payment block of the order, up to the amount Flow actually charged. Refund status changes from Flow are noted.

Sandbox and live: separate keys for each mode. Confirmations and refunds always use the environment the payment was made in.

Flow block on the order page: payment, refund history and Flow notes. Optional log without keys or customer data.

Requirements

PrestaShop 8.0 to 9.x, PHP 8.0 or later. A Flow account with API Key and Secret Key (and a separate sandbox account for testing). Cart currency CLP or USD. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
