VibeFox Ninja Van for OpenCart

Overview

VibeFox Ninja Van adds a Ninja Van shipping method to OpenCart 3 and OpenCart 4. Ninja Van is a last-mile courier in Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Shipping prices come from your Ninja Van rate card, entered once in a table by country and weight. For deliveries within Indonesia, the extension can also show live Ninja Van prices.

It suits stores that ship with Ninja Van and have a rate card from their Ninja Van shipper account or sales team. The extension calculates shipping prices at checkout. It does not create Ninja Van orders, print airway bills, book pickups, track parcels, handle COD or offer Ninja Points pickup points.

Key features

Your rate card as a table: one row per destination country (* for all other countries), a base price and optional prices per weight tier from XS up to 1 kg to XL over 5 kg, plus a price for countries not in the table.

Per order or per item: one parcel priced by the total cart weight, or every item priced as a separate parcel by its own weight.

Live prices within Indonesia: the optional Ninja Van Tariff API returns the standard delivery fee between two Indonesian districts. No API keys are needed. Production or sandbox, service level Standard, Express, Same day or Next day.

Built-in Indonesian zone codes: Ninja Van's official zone code mapping (6,634 districts) is included, so the extension finds the zone codes from the customer's address. You enter the two ship-from codes once.

Safe and fast: answers are cached for up to 6 hours, the extension stays under the Ninja Van limit of 20 requests a minute, and the table price is used for every error. Live fees in rupiah are converted with your IDR conversion rate.

Shipping rules: geo zone, minimum and maximum cart weight, minimum order amount, free shipping from an order amount, tax class. Or offer the method by a list of countries.

Clear settings page: sections for prices, live rates, conditions and availability, one Save button without page reload, status lines for the live rates, and JSON import and export of the settings.

Debug log in the admin: view and clear the log on the extension page. No customer addresses are logged.

Requirements

OpenCart 3.0.x (tested on 3.0.5.0) or OpenCart 4.0.2 and later (tested on 4.1.0.3), PHP 8.0 or later. One download has the packages for both versions. Your Ninja Van rate card for the price table. No Ninja Van API keys are needed. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
