VibeFox Andreani for OpenCart

Overview

VibeFox Andreani adds Andreani delivery in Argentina to OpenCart 3 and OpenCart 4. Customers get the parcel at their address or pick it up at an Andreani branch they choose in the delivery method step of checkout. The price is a fixed price per country or a live rate from the Andreani API.

It suits Argentine stores that ship with Andreani, with or without API access. The extension calculates shipping rates and saves the chosen branch with the order. It does not create Andreani shipments, print labels or track parcels.

Key features

Four delivery modalities: door to door, branch to door, door to branch and branch to branch. A second Andreani option with its own name, modality and contract lets you offer home delivery and branch pickup side by side.

Branch selector: the customer chooses a province and an Andreani branch under the option. The province is pre-selected from the delivery address, and the delivery step cannot continue without a branch. Made for the default OpenCart 3 checkout.

Branch in the order: added to the shipping method of the order, so it appears in the order e-mails, the customer's order history and the admin order. An Andreani panel on the admin order page shows the branch and lets you change it.

Three pricing modes: fixed prices per country, live rates from the Andreani quote API, or live rates that fall back to fixed prices when the API fails.

Correct rates: weight and dimensions are converted from your OpenCart weight and length classes, products without a weight use a default weight, ARS quotes are converted to your store currency, and IVA is not charged twice.

Fast checkout: the token, branch list and quotes are cached, and a failed API call is not repeated for 5 minutes. The delivery step never waits for Andreani: the branch list is loaded in the background when it is not cached yet.

Shipping rules: geo zone, or allowed countries instead of the geo zone, minimum and maximum cart weight, minimum subtotal, free shipping threshold, per-order or per-item price, tax class.

Clear settings page: sections for the API, rates, availability and the second option, one Save button without page reload, JSON import and export, and a debug log you can view and clear. Credentials and tokens are never logged.

Requirements

OpenCart 3.0.x (tested on 3.0.5.0) or OpenCart 4.0.2 and later (tested on 4.1.0.3), PHP 8.0 or later. One download has the packages for both versions. Live rates need an Andreani business account with API access. Fixed prices and the branch selector work without one. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
