VibeFox Worldline for OpenCart

Overview

VibeFox Worldline Gateway connects OpenCart 3 and OpenCart 4 to the Worldline Direct (formerly Ingenico Direct) hosted checkout. At the last checkout step the customer clicks Confirm Order, is sent to the secure Worldline payment page, pays with a card, a wallet or another payment method enabled in your Worldline account and comes back to your store. Card data never touches your site. OpenCart creates the order before the payment, but the order gets a status only after Worldline confirms the payment, so unpaid attempts stay missing orders.

It suits stores that already have a Worldline Direct merchant account and want a hosted payment page without a card form on their own site. The extension takes one-time payments as a direct sale. It has no saved cards, subscriptions, embedded card form, authorize-only mode with capture or cancel from OpenCart, surcharging or automatic webhook registration.

Key features

Worldline Direct hosted checkout: one payment for the order total in the order currency, including zero-decimal currencies such as JPY and three-decimal currencies such as KWD. An optional page template from your Merchant Portal can be used.

Paid only when Worldline confirms: the order status is set after a server-side status check when the customer returns, or after a webhook with a valid Worldline signature. OpenCart then sends its usual order e-mails.

Amount and attempt check: the payment must belong to this order's payment attempt, and the amount and currency must match the order. Otherwise the order goes to a review status with a note.

No double processing: repeated returns and webhooks never apply a payment twice. A cart that is already paid is not charged again, a late payment never reopens a cancelled order, and a second payment is flagged in the order notes.

Separate test and live accounts: test mode uses the pre-production environment and the test credentials, live mode the production environment and the live credentials. Check credentials buttons test each set.

Refunds from the order page: full and partial refunds in the VibeFox Worldline Gateway tab of the order, in the amount Worldline charged and in the environment of the original payment, protected against double refunds.

Your own order statuses: choose the OpenCart status for a paid order, an authorized payment waiting for the capture, a payment on review, a payment error and a full refund.

OpenCart conditions and log: geo zone, minimum order total and sort order. Errors are always logged, with keys, card data and personal data masked.

Requirements

OpenCart 3.0.x (tested on 3.0.5.0) or OpenCart 4.0.2 and later (tested on 4.1.0.3), PHP 8.0 or later. One download has the packages for both versions. A Worldline Direct merchant account (test and live) with a Merchant ID (PSPID), an API key and a webhook key. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
