VibeFox Paysera for OpenCart

Overview

VibeFox Paysera Payment adds the Paysera payment window to OpenCart 3 and OpenCart 4. At the last checkout step the customer clicks Confirm Order, is sent to Paysera with a signed payment request and pays there by bank link, card or another payment method enabled in your Paysera project. OpenCart creates the order before the payment, but the order gets a status only from the signed Paysera callback, so unpaid attempts stay missing orders and the customer's return alone never pays an order.

It suits stores with a Paysera project that want the payment methods of the Paysera window without building a payment form. The extension has no refunds from the admin (the payment window protocol has no refund API), no choice of bank or method on the checkout page, no subscriptions and no saved cards.

Key features

Signed requests and callbacks: every payment request is signed with your project password, and every callback is checked by its signature or decrypted with the password before an order is touched.

Paid only when Paysera confirms: the order status is set only by the Paysera callback, with the usual OpenCart order e-mails. No callback setup in Paysera is needed: the callback URL is sent with every payment.

Amount and currency check: the amount in the minor unit of the order currency (zero-, one- and three-decimal currencies included) and the currency are compared with the order. A mismatch puts the order in your on hold status with a note.

Awaiting bank payments: when the bank has accepted the payment order but not executed it yet, the order gets your awaiting payment status and is marked paid when Paysera confirms it.

No double processing: repeated callbacks are applied once, a paid order is never paid twice, and a second payment of the same cart only adds a note to refund the duplicate.

Test payments and sandbox: test payments in your normal project or the Paysera sandbox. A test payment never pays an order while test payments are off.

Order tab: the Paysera request, environment, test mark, requested and paid amounts, payment method and the notes of the extension on the order page. Your own OpenCart statuses for paid, awaiting and on hold payments.

OpenCart conditions: geo zone, minimum order total and sort order. The customer's language is passed to the Paysera window. A log without passwords or customer data.

Requirements

OpenCart 3.0.x (tested on 3.0.5.0) or OpenCart 4.0.2 and later (tested on 4.1.0.3), PHP 8.0 or later. One download has the packages for both versions. A Paysera project with its project ID and project password. A store reachable from the internet for the Paysera callback. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
