VibeFox PagSeguro for OpenCart

Overview

VibeFox PagSeguro Gateway connects OpenCart 3 and OpenCart 4 to the PagBank (PagSeguro) Checkout API for stores in Brazil. At the last checkout step the customer clicks Confirm Order, is sent to the PagBank payment page and pays with the methods enabled in your PagBank account, for example credit card, PIX or boleto. Payments are in Brazilian Real (BRL) only. OpenCart creates the order before the payment, but the order gets a status only after PagBank reports the payment, so unpaid attempts stay missing orders.

It suits Brazilian stores that want PagBank's hosted payment page with refunds from the OpenCart order page. The extension has no on-site card form, no saved cards, no subscriptions or recurring payments and no split payments. Payment methods and installments are those configured in your PagBank account.

Key features

PagBank payment page: one checkout for the order total in BRL. The payment page expires after 120 minutes.

Paid only when PagBank confirms: notifications and the customer's return only trigger a check. The checkout, the PagBank order and its charges are always read from the PagBank API with the token of the environment the payment was created in.

Signed notifications: when PagBank sends the x-authenticity-token header, it is checked with your token; an invalid signature is rejected.

Amount and currency check: the charged amount (without PagBank installment interest) and the currency are compared with the order. A mismatch or a payment after cancellation puts the order in a review status with a note.

Boleto, PIX and analysis: a generated boleto or PIX, or a payment in analysis, puts the order in an awaiting status until PagBank reports it as paid.

One cart, one payment: when the customer pays again, the open PagBank checkout is reused or deactivated first. A payment on an older page still counts, and a second payment is flagged for a refund.

Refunds from the order page: full and partial refunds in the VibeFox PagSeguro Gateway tab of the order, up to the amount PagBank actually charged. Refunds made in the PagBank dashboard are noted on the order.

Sandbox and production: separate tokens. Status checks and refunds always use the environment of the payment. Your own OpenCart order statuses for each case.

Requirements

OpenCart 3.0.x (tested on 3.0.5.0) or OpenCart 4.0.2 and later (tested on 4.1.0.3), PHP 8.0 or later. One download has the packages for both versions. The currency Brazilian Real (BRL) in your store. A PagBank account with a production token, and a sandbox token for tests. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
