VibeFox Midtrans for OpenCart

Overview

VibeFox Midtrans Payment Gateway adds Midtrans Snap payments in Indonesian Rupiah to OpenCart 3 and OpenCart 4. At the last checkout step the customer clicks Confirm Order, is sent to the Midtrans Snap payment page and pays with any method enabled in your Midtrans account: GoPay, QRIS, ShopeePay, cards, bank virtual accounts, convenience stores and more. OpenCart creates the order before the payment, but the order gets a status only after Midtrans confirms the payment, so unpaid attempts stay missing orders.

It suits Indonesian stores that sell in IDR and want all Midtrans methods behind one payment method. The extension works with IDR only and has no currency conversion. It has no Snap pop-up, no card form on your site, no saved cards, no installment or promo settings, no subscriptions and no separate authorize and capture.

Key features

Snap Redirect: one Midtrans payment page with every method of your Midtrans account, for the order total in whole rupiah with the order lines.

Paid only when Midtrans confirms: each notification is signature-checked, the status is read again from the Midtrans status API, and the paid amount is compared with the order.

Delayed payments: virtual account and convenience store payments put the order in an awaiting status. It becomes paid when Midtrans reports the payment, or is cancelled when the payment expires.

One cart, one payment: an unused or pending Snap of the same amount is reused, and repeated notifications never apply a payment twice.

Sandbox and Production: separate Server Keys. Each payment remembers its environment.

Refunds both ways: full and partial refunds in whole rupiah in the VibeFox Midtrans Payment Gateway tab of the order. Refunds made in the Midtrans dashboard are recorded on the order automatically.

Your own order statuses: choose the OpenCart status for a paid order, an awaiting payment, a payment on review, a failed payment, an expired or cancelled payment and a full refund. Cancelling an unpaid order expires its pending Midtrans transaction.

OpenCart conditions: geo zone, minimum order total and sort order. An order ID prefix lets several stores share one Midtrans account. Optional log without keys or customer data.

Requirements

OpenCart 3.0.x (tested on 3.0.5.0) or OpenCart 4.0.2 and later (tested on 4.1.0.3), PHP 8.0 or later. One download has the packages for both versions. The IDR currency in your store. A Midtrans account with a Sandbox and a Production Server Key and the payment notification URL set in the Midtrans dashboard. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
