VibeFox KOMOJU for OpenCart

Overview

VibeFox KOMOJU Payment adds the KOMOJU hosted payment page to OpenCart 3 and OpenCart 4. At the last checkout step the customer clicks Confirm Order, is sent to KOMOJU and pays with one of the methods KOMOJU offers for your account: credit card, convenience store (konbini), PayPay, bank transfer and other local methods of Japan, Asia and Europe. OpenCart creates the order before the payment, but the order gets a status only after KOMOJU confirms the payment, so unpaid attempts stay missing orders.

It suits stores that sell in Japan and other KOMOJU markets and want local payment methods without building their own payment forms. It has no card form on your site, saved cards or subscriptions, does not limit which methods KOMOJU shows, and has no manual capture action in OpenCart.

Key features

KOMOJU payment page: one payment session for the order total in the order currency, including zero-decimal currencies such as JPY and KRW. The page is shown in Japanese, English or Korean, depending on the customer's language.

Paid only when KOMOJU confirms: the order status is set after a signed KOMOJU webhook or after the payment session is read from the KOMOJU API when the customer returns. OpenCart then sends its usual order e-mails.

Konbini and bank transfer: an issued payment slip puts the order in an awaiting status. It becomes paid when the customer pays, or canceled when the slip expires.

Amount and currency check: a mismatch, or a payment captured after the order was cancelled, puts the order in a review status with a note. Payments that KOMOJU converted into another currency are checked against the payment session.

No double processing: repeated webhooks and returns never apply a payment twice. A new attempt reuses or cancels the open KOMOJU session of the cart, so it cannot be paid twice.

Test and live modes: separate secret keys and webhook tokens. Every payment keeps its mode, so refunds and status checks use the right key.

Refunds from the order page: full and partial refunds in the VibeFox KOMOJU Payment tab of the order, with the refund history and the KOMOJU notes. Refunds made in the KOMOJU dashboard are recorded on the order.

Your own order statuses: choose the OpenCart status for a paid, awaiting, on hold, cancelled, failed and refunded payment. OpenCart geo zone, minimum total and sort order. Optional log without keys or customer data.

Requirements

OpenCart 3.0.x (tested on 3.0.5.0) or OpenCart 4.0.2 and later (tested on 4.1.0.3), PHP 8.0 or later. One download has the packages for both versions. A KOMOJU account with a secret key and a webhook secret token for each mode you use. An order currency supported by KOMOJU. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
