VibeFox Flow for OpenCart

Overview

VibeFox Flow Gateway adds payments through Flow.cl (Chile) to OpenCart 3 and OpenCart 4. At the last checkout step the customer clicks Confirm Order, is sent to the Flow payment page and pays with Webpay, a credit or debit card, a bank transfer, Servipag, Multicaja, Mach or another method enabled in your Flow account. OpenCart creates the order before the payment, but the order gets a status only after Flow reports the payment, so unpaid attempts stay missing orders.

It suits Chilean stores that sell in Chilean pesos (CLP) or US dollars (USD) and have a Flow account. The extension takes one-time payments only. It has no saved cards, subscriptions or payment links, does not preselect a Flow payment method, and refunds created in the Flow dashboard are not imported into OpenCart.

Key features

Flow payment page: one payment for the order total in the order currency, CLP in whole pesos or USD with cents. The customer chooses the payment method on the Flow side.

Paid only when Flow confirms: the confirmation from Flow carries only a token. The extension reads the payment status from Flow with a signed request and applies only Flow's answer. OpenCart then sends its usual order e-mails.

Cash coupons: Servipag and Multicaja coupons put the order in an awaiting status until Flow confirms the money.

Amount and currency check: a payment that does not match the order total goes to a review status with a note.

No double processing: repeated confirmations and returns never apply a payment twice. Before a new attempt, the open Flow payments of the order and the cart are checked, and a second payment of a paid order is flagged for refund.

Sandbox and live: separate keys for sandbox.flow.cl and www.flow.cl. Payments are confirmed and refunded in the environment they were made in.

Refunds from the order page: full and partial refunds in the VibeFox Flow Gateway tab of the order, with the refund history and the Flow notes. Refund status changes reported by Flow are added to the notes.

OpenCart conditions: your own order statuses, geo zone, minimum order total and sort order. Nothing to configure in the Flow account: the URLs are sent with every payment.

Requirements

OpenCart 3.0.x (tested on 3.0.5.0) or OpenCart 4.0.2 and later (tested on 4.1.0.3), PHP 8.0 or later. One download has the packages for both versions. A Flow account with API Key and Secret Key (and a sandbox.flow.cl account for testing). Store currency CLP or USD. A store reachable from the internet. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
