VibeFox EveryPay for Adobe Commerce

Overview

VibeFox EveryPay Payment adds EveryPay payments for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. The customer chooses EveryPay at the payment step and clicks Place Order. Magento places the order in Pending Payment, and the customer goes to the EveryPay payment page and pays by card, bank link or another method enabled for your EveryPay account. Card data never touches your site. The order is invoiced only after EveryPay confirms the payment, and the order e-mail is sent only then.

It suits stores in the Baltics that have an EveryPay account. The module takes one-time payments only. It has no refunds or capture from Magento (use the EveryPay Merchant Portal), no saved cards or one-click payments, no subscriptions or recurring payments, no embedded card fields, no payments for orders created in the Admin and no multi-currency: one processing account charges one currency.

Key features

EveryPay payment page: a one-off payment is created for the order total in the order currency with the EveryPay Payments API v4, and the customer is redirected to the EveryPay payment link. The page language follows the store view.

Paid only when EveryPay confirms: the callback carries no signature, so the module never trusts the callback or the customer's return by itself. The payment status is always read from the EveryPay API before an order is invoiced or changed.

Amount and currency check: the paid amount and currency are compared with the order. A mismatch puts the order On Hold with a note and without an invoice; a late payment for a cancelled order only adds a note.

No double processing: repeated callbacks and the customer's return, even at the same moment, never invoice an order twice. A second payment for a paid cart only adds a note to refund the duplicate.

Every attempt remembered: a failed or abandoned payment cancels the waiting order and gives the cart back. If the customer pays an older payment link after starting a new one, the payment is still recognised.

Test and live: separate credentials for the demo and live environments. A payment is always checked in the environment where it was created.

EveryPay block on the order page: all payment attempts of the cart and the action Check EveryPay payment status. Admin users need only the right to edit orders.

Standard Magento settings: all settings are on the standard Payment Methods configuration page, with encrypted API secrets, the callback URL shown on the page, countries and minimum and maximum order totals, and a log without secrets or e-mail addresses.

Requirements

Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce 2.4.6 to 2.4.9 (your own server or Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure; not Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service), PHP 8.1 to 8.4. An EveryPay account with API username, API secret and processing account name (demo and live have separate credentials). Order currency equal to the currency of the processing account. A VibeFox license key from vibefox.net (one key per domain).
